Architecture de Collection is the first real estate agency dedicated to the remarkable architecture of the 20th and 21st centuries. Since 2007, the agency has been developing a unique commercial project in France, based on a cultural ambition: to work towards the transmission of modern and contemporary architectural heritage.

Based in Paris and Marseille, the agency is led by a team of art historians and real estate professionals who combine their skills to create a unique expertise on the market: to enhance the value of architecture, by crossing the analysis of real estate and the study of real estate heritage.

Art Deco artist’s studio in Paris, “Le Corbusier” duplex in Marseille, modernist villa by the sea, bubble house on a mountainside or in the countryside… Architecture de Collection identifies all over the country, emblematic properties in search of buyers, signed by the greatest modern and contemporary architects.
